Guide to Esentepe, North Cyprus
Esentepe is approximately 16km east of Kyrenia. Esentepe is an ancient settlement set amongst mountain pine forest trails and renown for its unspoiled landscape with panoramic mountain and sea views. Over recent years it has grown from a small village into one of the most popular locations to live in North Cyprus. Esentepe is fast becoming THE destination for holiday makers in North Cyprus. It affords you the best of both worlds; untouched beautiful scenery and a variety of things to see and places to visit.
The village itself is about 10 minutes car journey from the apartment and offers restaurants, bars and shops but still maintains a very Cypriot way of living with friendly, local people offering help and

guidance to the expats and holiday makers.
The new Korineum Golf and County Club is an 18 hole, international standard, championship golf course which features 3 practice holes, a private club house and a public restaurant and bar. There is also a gym, pool and spa for those guests who prefer a more relaxing day. See the
Korineum web site for the course guide and events.
Port Cyprium Marina is set to provide 500 professional berths in addition to a host of leisure facilities. When this Marina opens in late 2009, expect the bars, restaurants, shops and private beach to bring a host of additional tourists to the area.
For those who prefer a quiet holiday, why not just explore the local nature – just back from the village are the pine and Cyprus tree forests, olive groves and the Besparmak mountain range – all within a short distance and ideal for strolling and enjoying the stunning views.
